Enroll in Auto replenishment service to get ink when you need it: None

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Terms & Conditions

Please accept the Terms & Conditions for Auto Replenishment Service before adding the item to cart.

Terms
The following are the terms and conditions ("Terms") for the Canon Canada Inc. Auto Replenishment System (the "Service"). These Terms are between you and Canon Canada Inc. ("Canon Canada", "we" or "us") and govern your and our respective rights and obligations relating to the Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by the shop.canon.ca Terms of Use and our Privacy Statement, each of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms, and all of which govern our respective rights and obligations concerning the Service. By placing an order through, or otherwise using, the Service, you accept, and agree to be bound by, these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please read these Terms carefully.

Service
We reserve the right to change the Service benefits, including discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts, at any time in our sole discretion. All such changes will apply to future orders.

When you are enrolled, the Service will automatically create a new order for Eligible Products according to the shipment schedule applicable to the frequency of the Service you have selected, until you cancel.

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your enrollment at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.

Eligible Products
The eligible products that may be ordered through the Service (the identity of which are subject to change) are set forth on the product detail page on the Canon Direct website (shop.canon.ca) with the option to select the Service displayed (each, an "Eligible Product"). Your participation in the Service is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your enrollment, or any of the benefits of the Service, to any third party without our authorization. The Service is only available to customers with valid shipping addresses in Canada.

Offers, Orders and Returns
Discounts and any limited time promotions associated with the Service apply only to Eligible Products displaying the offer message on the product detail page on the Canon Direct website (shop.canon.ca). Discounts and any amounts from limited time promotions that apply to your order, if any, and which are still in effect, will be automatically deducted from your order.

Some offer details may change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, price, taxes, availability and shipping charges). If an Eligible Product is unavailable when we plan to ship it, we will notify you that we are unable to process your order, and we will wait to process your order until the next scheduled shipping date when the Eligible Product is available. When the Eligible Product becomes available, the price will be the price when you ordered it, regardless of when it becomes available.

Returns of Eligible Products under the Service are subject to our return policy. Service enrollments are void where prohibited.

Enrollment
As part of your enrollment in the Service, you will be required to register with us so that your printer can be identified as participating in the Service. Instructions for registering your printer are contained in the introductory email sent to you after you apply for enrollment in the Service, as well as in the "My Account" section of the Canon Direct website (shop.canon.ca). You will be required to accept terms and conditions provided by our parent company, Canon Inc., as part of registering your printer. Canon Inc. will notify us when an ink or toner cartridge reaches a certain low ink/toner threshold, and we will fill an order for the ink or toner and ship it to you under these Terms. Information provided to us and Canon Inc. may be stored on servers outside of Canada and will be subject to our Privacy Statement. It's possible that your order for Eligible Products will not arrive prior to running out of ink or toner where your use was more than usual, particularly if such greater use occurred over 1 or 2 days.

Payment and Cancellation
The total cost charged to your payment method for each order under the Service will be the cost of the Eligible Product on the day that order is processed, less any discount offered as a percentage or dollars off at the time you registered, plus any applicable sales tax. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any discount offered at the time you registered for the Service, with notice to you, and future orders fulfilled under the Service will reflect any such change.

For each Eligible Product shipped under the Service, you authorize us to charge the payment method used when you enrolled unless otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your order with the payment method you used when you enrolled, we will not fulfill the order and will notify you that your payment method needs to be updated.

Your enrollment in the Service will remain in effect until it is canceled. You can cancel or modify your enrollment at any time via the "My Account" section of the Canon Direct website (shop.canon.ca). If you cancel or modify your enrollment after an order has been processed, you will be charged for the order as processed. If the discount for such Eligible Product changes, the new discount will be applied to your future shipments of that Eligible Product. If, after enrollment, you are no longer in possession of your printer for any reason (e.g., due to warranty return, replacement, or exchange), the total cost for the Service will continue to be charged to your payment method until you cancel your enrollment. No refunds will be granted because of your failure to cancel your enrollment in such situation.

Your rights under these Terms will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions. In the event of such termination, we may immediately revoke your access to the Service. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms and will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

Changes to Terms
We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms without notice to you. If any change to these Terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR ENROLLMENT.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Overview

Canon's CR-N300 PTZ camera produces outstanding image quality and is equipped with powerful features and functions to be utilized in many industries including House of Worship, Education, Broadcast, Corporate, Events and more.

The CR-N300 PTZ produces incredible 4K and HD image quality with the combination of a 1/2.3" CMOS sensor and the DIGIC DV 6 image processor. This camera incorporates a Canon 4K lens that exhibits a 20x optical zoom ratio that maintains a high level of precision throughout the zoom range. On-air pan and tilt movement is possible thanks to the smooth and responsive pan and tilt mechanism equipped with the CR-N300.

The CR-N300 camera supports multiple professional interfaces, including single cable PoE+ connectivity, which allows you to use NDI®|HX2 to stream audio and video, control (IP), tally, and power over a single cable. The camera supports other protocols, such as SRT, RTSP/RTP, as well as RTMP/RTMPS, to stream to social sites such as Facebook Live and YouTube. Even better, the CR-N300 can be controlled remotely by IP, Serial, IR or wirelessly via Wi-fi. The camera supports multiple control standards, including Canon's XC protocol as well as Standard Protocol (serial and IP) for easy connectivity to a wide range of 3rd party hardware controllers.

Features

High Quality 4K 30P and Full HD 60P Video Output

1/2.3 Type CMOS Sensor

The CR-N300 features a Canon 1/2.3-inch 4K UHD CMOS image sensor capable of 4K UHD video capture at 30p up to 60fps in Full HD, making the PTZ camera a strong contender for professional production.

DIGIC DV 6 Image Processor

The CR-N300 PTZ camera incorporates Canon's DIGIC DV 6 Image Processor, which is essential in providing high image quality, advanced performance and convenient operability. This advanced core technology component provides the image-processing power and speed that enables features such as 4K UHD video acquisition and precise Hybrid AF.

Hybrid AF

The CR-N300 is equipped with "Hybrid AF". Hybrid AF is an auto focus system that combines high-precision contrast AF technology and the high-speed phase-difference AF technology to confirm auto focus from the camera. This hybrid auto focus system helps achieve auto focus faster and more reliably compared to contrast auto focus alone.

Canon 4K UHD Lens

The CR-N300 features a 20x optical zoom lens and exhibits a wide viewing angle of 65.6 degrees** (horizontal). At the wide end, the 29.3 mm* lens is capable of capturing extensive scenes in tight shooting spaces such as indoor events for cinematic wide shots. The camera utilizes aspheric lens elements to achieve 4K image quality while minimizing various aberrations over the entire zoom range.

Furthermore, the lens structure of the CR-N300 enables real-time responsiveness in a three-dimensional space, supporting optical image stabilization, which helps keep the image capture stable by minimizing vibration.

*35 mm camera equivalent
** When capturing in 4K UHD

Over Sampling HD Processing

The full HD recording (over sampling HD processing) takes full advantage of the image information acquired by the 4K sensor to generate beautiful high-definition full HD video. This helps content creators produce stunningly detailed FHD video when utilizing the CR-N300.

Smooth & Responsive Pan and Tilt Performance

The CR-N300 is equipped with the PT (Pan, Tilt) drive mechanism that can change the speed from fast to slow in incremental steps. This allows the operator to set the speeds to desired preference to allow for smooth PT movement. The CR-N300 exhibits a variable Pan speed of .2° - 300°/second and variable Tilt speed of .2° - 170°/second.

Virtually Seamless Integration into Canon Imaging Workflow

Four Scene Modes for Impressive Video

There are four types of Scene Modes: Portrait mode, which exhibits a blurred background while subject is in sharp focus, Sports mode, which enhances capture of moving objects, Low Light mode, which enhances capture of bright images even in dark places, and Spotlight mode, which enhances capture of beautiful images of spotlighted objects.

By selecting a Scene Mode, capture can be performed without having to adjust multiple settings within the Camera menu which aids a speedy setup and configuration allowing the operator to start shooting with impressive image expression.

Webcam via USB Connection

The CR-N300 supports USB in addition to IP, SDI and HDMI. It is equipped with the specifications of UVC (Video: USB Video Class Ver. 1.1) which is the connection standard of USB cameras and PCs. This allows video output by connecting to a compatible USB device.

In addition, driver settings are not required for connection to a PC. It can also be used as a webcam by connecting to a PC with a web conferencing application installed. The CR-N300 delivers up to full HD 1920 x 1080 video for high quality web conferencing.

Easy Integration Into IP Streaming

*Connection with all devices is not guaranteed

IP Multi-Stream Support

The CR-N300 can simultaneously distribute video to multiple protocols via IP. Simultaneous distribution is also known as multi-stream, and the CR-N300 can distribute a total of three video streams simultaneously. Furthermore, if the HDMI/SDI video output is 30 fps or less, the CR-N300 can distribute two video streams, 4K H.264 and 360P H.264, at the same time. Such IP multi-streams contribute to parallel workflows where the same video is used simultaneously in remote environments.

RTMP Streaming Protocol Supported

The CR-N300 is capable of streaming video and audio using RTMP (Real-Time Messaging Protocol). Even high quality/large capacity video/audio files such as broadcast programs are played at the same time as distribution without waiting for the completion of download. For example, by using a live streaming service, the viewer's direct access to the distribution URL set on the camera will stream the "current video" captured by the camera. With the RTMP streaming distribution, multiple viewers can watch the program at the same time even in a remote environment

NDI®HX2 Live Video Production Support Protocol

The CR-N300 supports multiple professional interfaces, including single-cable PoE+ connectivity, which allows you to use the NDI® (Network Device Interface)|HX protocol to stream audio and video, control (IP), tally, and power over a single cable. Control Multiple Cameras

The CR-N300 can be controlled by IP, infrared, USB and Wi-Fi. Canon’s hardware controllers, the RC-IP1000 and RC-IP100 are capable of controlling up to 200 (RC-IP1000) or 100 (RC-IP100) cameras – this allows the operator to control multiple cameras in a larger production. The CR-N300 is a perfect fit for many applications in broadcast, education, House of Worship, events & staging and more.

Thumbnail Display for Presets and Recorded Trace Movement

To make the cameras easier for operators and directors to instantly be able to see which shot they want to call up next, thumbnail images can be added for camera presets and for recorded trace movement in both the camera’s user interface and in the Remote Camera Control Application (RCCA)*.

*requires latest firmware version, available 11/28/23

All New Design

The CR-N300 impresses with its distinctive style. A solid exterior color and shape that looks like it was cut out from a cone, and the size that gives a sense of strength, yet stable and compact. This PTZ camera maintains design harmony with other Canon professional imaging products such as the established Canon 4K camera systems and lenses. The CR-N300 is available in two different colors, Satin Black and Titanium White.

Equipped with Tally Lamps

The CR-N300 is equipped with tally lamps that indicate the status of the camera. The tally lamps are located on the front of the lens section, and illuminate red when the camera is shooting. Providing clear visual indications for staff and performers to know which camera is shooting live.

Wireless Remote Controls Supported

In addition to the IP interface, the CR-N300 can also connect by Wi-Fi. This allows the operator to access the camera's Settings Page from a wireless tablet device that is equipped with a supported HTTP browser. When using multiple cameras at the same time the user can set and operate the other cameras in the same way by inserting the assigned IP address of the camera in the web browser of the tablet or other device. In addition, the CR-N300 is equipped with an infrared remote controller, which is also used to controller the camera wirelessly.

Easy-to-use Settings Page and Search Tool

The Camera Search Tool is utilized to find Canon PTZ's on a network, which helps installers and integrators with setup and configuration. The Search Tool is available for Mac or Windows systems. Furthermore, the CR-N300 supports the web application "Settings Page". The Settings Page allows the user to configure the settings of camera operation, which is accessible by web browser. Video quality adjustments such as exposure and white balance that are usually performed by the camera operator on site can now be adjusted and set while watching the video from their desk through the Settings Page. Both Camera Search Tool and Settings Page enhances the ease of use by remote control.

Remote Camera Control Application

The Remote Camera Control Application can be utilized to control the CR-N300. The Remote Camera Control Application is an application for centralized control of multiple cameras. It is possible to operate up to nine cameras and display videos at the same time - achieving a "multi-camera operation".

At a video production or broadcasting site, an operator can select a camera from the videos displayed on the "Connected Camera List", within the application and operate it from the "Camera Control Area" in the control panel of the software. The software is included and can be installed immediately without having to prepare a hardware controller in advance making it easy to use for the operator while creating an effective one-person operation.

Backed by a Three-Year Warranty

The CR-N300 offers peace of mind being backed by Canon’s 3-year warranty which guarantees each unit will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for up to 3 years from the date of original purchase.
