Terms and Conditions: These CANON CANADA INC./CANON SHOP CANADA EXCLUSIVE Product Bundle Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) govern the Offer to purchase new bundled products (the “Product”) purchased exclusively at the online Canon Shop (Canada) (“Canon”).

1. General. OFFER: Purchase the following entire bundle of Products: PowerShot V1 Digital Compact Camera (item code: 6390C001AA), Tripod Grip HG-100TBR (item code: 4157C001AA), XC-20L Ink/Paper Set (item code: 6755C001AA), SELPHY QX-20 Dark Grey (item code: 6725C001AA) and Frame Lab 12x18 inches framed photo print during the period of April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026 at prices stated online at Canon Shop (Canada). Customer must complete all purchases and claim before March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM Eastern Time in order to be eligible for this Offer.  Offer available to customers with mailing addresses in Canada only. To be eligible for the Offer, the individual participating must be a legal Canadian resident who is at least 18 years of age at the time of participation. This Offer is only valid on the above-mentioned bundle of Products purchased on Canon Shop Canada online. This Offer does not apply to products purchased at any Canon authorized dealers or any other marketplace. All decisions regarding eligibility for this offer are at the sole discretion of Canon. Canon reserves the right to change without notice the Terms and Conditions of this Offer or modify or end this Offer at any time without notice. This Offer cannot be combined or used with any other promotional offer. Offer void where prohibited by law. Canon is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due submissions. All submissions become the property of Canon and will not be returned. This offer is valid for end-users only. Illegible, fraudulent, and incomplete submissions will be considered invalid and ineligible. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for processing. Keep a copy of all submission materials for your records. Eligibility to participate in the Offer is subject to verification at any time for any reason.  Canon reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility.
2. Product Details.  Canon shall have the right to substitute the Products for a similar product of equivalent value.  
3. By participating in this Offer, You are signifying your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.  
4. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR FRAME LAB PRINT. You must complete the following steps to customize and claim your print frame: 1) Visit https://shop.canon.ca/en_ca/framelab-home; 2) Upload the photo of your choice; 3) Choose a frame up to 12 x 18 inches in size with a 3” paper mat finish; 4) Apply a one-time code printed on your voucher found inside the bundle package at checkout. You must complete all of these steps before March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM Eastern Time. You can only claim one (1) Frame Lab print for each bundle of Products that you purchased between April 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026.
5. Registration. When placing your orders and making claims for Product, Canon requires that you provide certain information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept up-to-date. Canon shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct up-to-date contact or shipping information. Product registration for Canon customer support must be done separately.  
6. Canon will not be liable for: (i) any failure of the Canon Website or any other site during the Offer; (ii) any malfunctions or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iii) the failure of any registration process, Opt-In and/or other information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (iv) any injury or damage to an eligible participant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Offer; and/or (v) any combination of the above. 
7. Shipping. Canon will provide you with an estimated shipping date. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Canon does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date.
8. Terms and Conditions of Sale. The purchase of the Product is subject to additional standard Canon terms and conditions. 
9. Privacy. If you provide information for the order of the Products, Canon will not use such information except as necessary or helpful to fulfill your order or as expressly set forth herein.
10. Miscellaneous. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without Canon’s prior written consent. This Agreement will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Toronto, Ontario with respect to any disputes arising hereunder. Canon may provide any notification required hereunder to the email address you provided as part of the pre-order registration.
